• To comply with laws and for purposes incidental to the above

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your prior consent, except: where required by law; where necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property and consent is difficult to obtain; or where cooperation with a public authority performing statutory duties is required.

We may entrust the handling of personal information to external providers or use external services to the extent necessary, selecting and supervising them appropriately. Principal services include:

• Shopify (website and online sales platform)
• Payment processors (Shopify Payments / Stripe, etc.) — card and payment data are held by the payment provider, not by us
• Square (in-person payments at the venue)
• Google Analytics and similar analytics services (see Section 8)

Handling of personal information by these providers is also governed by their own privacy policies.

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, including encryption of communications (SSL/TLS), access controls, and staff awareness.
