Learning directly from the confectioner, make together the namagashi passed down through generations at Kyoto's long-established confectionery Shio Yoshiken, and explore the aesthetics of taste and form. Enjoy one with tea, then take the other home in a bespoke wooden box by Okinawan woodturner Tokeshi Hiroyuki.
